Complete your admissions application

Visit the admissions area of any of our campuses and university centers where our admissions officers will advise you about the careers that are available according to your interest and clarify any doubts you may have about the process. After filling out your admission application, you will then submit all of your academic evidence in order to complete an academic evaluation and begin the course selection process.

Fill out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

It is important that you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), as it is one of the parameters used to determine the financial aid for which you may be eligible. To do so, you only have to access www.fafsa.gov and complete each of its parts. Remember that you must have your income information or your parents' income information (copy of the income tax return).

Officialize your enrollment

Your admissions officer alongside with the Registrar's Office will send you your enrollment by email and once you receive it you must visit or call the Bursar’s Office to make it official. This way, you guarantee that your courses are officially enrolled and that the financial aid process (scholarships, student loans or payment plans) is progressing correctly.

Student Services 

These are just some of the services available to you as a student:

Office 365: As an enrolled student at Ana G. Méndez University, you will have free access to the Office 365 platform. You’ll be able to work with Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point, making you more efficient and productive with your class work.

Institutional email: You need to have a university email account to get all the official communications from the institution and have access to the benefits offered by external organizations for active students. Our email account is activated the moment you complete your admissions application. It is important to keep your assigned username and password so you can have easy access to the platform.

Student ID: Once you complete your enrollment you will get your student ID that you will need to present every time you are on campus. This will give you access to our campuses.
